AMEC, is the latest firm to ensure that its buildings are fully compliant with the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA).

As a responsible employer, AMEC is keen to ensure that all its buildings are accessible to disabled people. So when they hired a Portakabin building for their Great Yarmouth facility, they turned to Portakabin Access to provide a portable ramp, which provided a cost-effective solution to their access requirements for as long as the building was on hire.

“Being fully adjustable, the all-steel ramp has been designed to meet our specific site requirements, which is very beneficial. With telescopic legs for height adjustment and ground levelling, the ramp didn’t require time-consuming foundations. The installation was therefore quick and simple.”
