If you have already appointed an architect or have an in-house designer, we are happy to work with them to adapt our buildings to their designs. Alternatively, we have a full in-house team of skilled and experienced architects who will work with you to create precisely the building you're looking for.

All the plans and drawings you need to support your decision-making
We can provide you with detailed floor plans combined with electrician's drawings, as well as external drawings so you can see what your building will look like. We can show differing roof options, cladding styles, colours and glazing options, to help you decide on the final specification for your building.

We use state-of-the-art thermal modelling software to ensure you get the most energy-efficient building possible. You will also get an energy performance certificate (EPC) for your building, to meet current government requirements.

For each floor plan we can provide you with budget quotes - whether you are hiring or buying the building - and we can revise floor plans to meet your price requirements. Our site plans will be supplied to your ground works contractor, or our own ground works team if we are completing the foundations, to ensure everything is located accurately on site.

Leave your planning applications to us
If we are submitting the planning application on your behalf, we will provide the required roof plan, site plan, site location plan, site section drawing and, if necessary, tree surveys. Our engineers will also provide foundations drawings and fire regulations drawings to meet Building Regulations requirements.
