Requirement: Award-winning independent house builder, Morris Homes, was keen to upgrade its existing on-site sales premises when it began a prestigious new development of 196 homes at Worthington Park in Standish. Sales Director Chris Minshall wanted to buy a high-quality new building from which to market the company's quality homes.

"The first name that came to mind was Portakabin," says Chris. "I'd also seen one of their marketing suites on another house-builder's site and was very impressed."

Solution: Morris Homes chose one of Portakabin's Titan buildings - the largest relocatable building on the market. Portakabin tailored the building to meet the company's specific requirements, by repositioning doors and windows and installing an extra partition wall to separate the toilet and kitchen from the main sales area.

The building also incorporates a separate "choices" room where customers can choose the kitchen units, carpets and other options for their new homes.
