the company's unique Customer Charter.
The existing Customer Charter, which was implemented in order to offer
customers complete peace of mind when ordering a Portakabin modular building,
states, that if Portakabin fails to
deliver a project on time and to the agreed contract sum, the customer will be
entitled to an additional six months product warranty.
So confident in the inherent quality of a Portakabin building,
the Portakabin team have now doubled the warranty period. Therefore, if Portakabin fails to deliver a project on
time and to the agreed contract sum, the customer will now be entitled to an
additional 12 months product warranty. This extension will be added onto
the comprehensive five-year product warranty covering the external fabric of
the building, which is already included with all sales.
The company boasts an unrivalled reputation for customer care and has an

restrictions, with only 0.17% of claims being made from over 2000 buildings delivered
since its introduction in 2004.
