Portaloo proves the customer is king

The innovative new Charter promises to deliver all projects on time and on budget. If Portaloo ever fails to meet a contract start date, the customer will be entitled to a week's free hire for every day the building is late or an additional six months' product warranty¹ on buildings purchased². 

 

John Smith, Portaloo Business Manager, said, ‘Time and budget overruns are a major concern for anyone managing a building project. They not only incur financial costs, they also disrupt planning and operations and can damage personal and organisational reputations.

The Portaloo Customer Charter also promises:

  • A service response within 24 hours from the Customer Service team
  • A visit by a member of the Portaloo team within 24 hours of the initial call
  • A quotation provided within 24 hours
  • To be included in the Portaloo customer care programme

 

The Portaloo customer care programme includes a customer satisfaction interview after building handover, regular mailings providing updates on developments in the modular building industry, regular contact with the local Portaloo team and ongoing access to service, advice and guidance regarding building needs.

This demonstrates our dedication to keeping our promise of delivering buildings on time and on budget.
