- FREE RIBA-approved CPD  seminars – your insider guide to modular construction
Portakabin has developed two information-packed RIBA-approved seminars outlining the benefits of modular construction and covering a core curriculum subject: Designing and building it: structural design, construction, technology and engineering. These FREE one-hour sessions will give you all the information you need to evaluate the merits of modular construction for your next project. For architects, RIBA approval means the seminar counts towards your required continuing professional development (CPD) hours.

- Project-management services
Our experienced team can manage every aspect of your project, from submitting planning applications on your behalf to managing groundworks installations and all associated building works, as well as fulfilling the specialist roles of Planning Supervisor and Principal Contractor.

- Architectural services
Our architects will work with you to design a building that meets all your requirements and your budget. We will provide all the drawings, plans and specification details you need to support your decision making and to meet the requirements of the planning and Building Control authorities.

- Free surveys
The surveys we need to carry out to assess your site, the electrical testing and certification of your building and the completion of health and safety plans for your project are all included in our price. Unlike other modular building suppliers, we don't charge extra for these essential services.

- Customer support
The service you receive from Portakabin doesn't end once your building is installed. We want to ensure that your Portakabin building continues to provide optimum performance for life, so we offer a range of maintenance, reconfiguration, refurbishment, relocation and repair services.
