Requirement: Ralph Coidan Limited is Britain's leading supplier of precision-machined carbon and graphite components. When its existing shower and changing-room block was damaged by a lorry, the company quickly needed to find replacement facilities for its team of 45 production workers.

Solution: Rapid delivery was a key requirement, since the shower facilities are used by most workers at the end of every day. Having hired a building from Portakabin in the past, General Manager Eric Whittaker got in touch with the Group's toilet and shower specialists, Portaloo, for a solution.

Eric says: "We were very pleased with the response from Portaloo. They reacted very quickly and had a shower and changing-room block on site within a matter of days. This was a temporary fix and we immediately started looking around for a permanent solution."

The company investigated potential suppliers of the permanent facilities it needed and eventually came back to Portaloo, since the company offered the best quality facilities at the right price.

Ralph Coidan chose to buy a changing-room building and a separate toilet and shower block, which was fitted out internally by Portaloo to meet the company's specifications. Like all Portaloo facilities, these robust, all-steel buildings were equipped to the highest standards and were delivered ready for connection to services. They feature full-flushing toilets, hot and cold running water, as well as high-quality sinks, taps and showers.

Both buildings were delivered on the date agreed, as assured by the unique Portaloo Customer Charter, which promises that all buildings will be delivered on time and on budget. The Customer Charter even pledges that if Portaloo ever fails to meet this commitment, the company will provide an additional six months' product warranty, free of charge.*
