As demand for new homes remains strong, it has become increasingly important for house builders to have marketing suites that stand out and impress their potential customers. Like many house builders, Redrow used to house its sales area in the space allocated for a double garage. However, it could take a few weeks before these were up and running. It also meant that the suite had to be designed to fit in with the physical constraints of the space on offer, rather than what they really needed. So Redrow decided to find an alternative solution, one that could be purpose-built to show new developments in their best light.

Portakabin designed Redrow a bespoke marketing suite, which makes full use of natural light and is spacious and airy. The exterior is modern and smart and reflects the high standard of Redrow homes. The design is completely flexible so, as well as being able to move buildings from site to site, Redrow can adapt the layout of a suite to reflect the homes being built in a particular area. Redrow has found the buildings to be a great success, so much so that, to date, the company has taken delivery of 25 new Portakabin marketing suites.
