We can make this promise because our method of modular construction involves the manufacture of your building in a controlled factory environment. Before it leaves the Portakabin production centre, your building is fully fitted with all electrics, plumbing, heating, doors, windows and internal finishes. This further improves quality and reduces programme times. Meaning that you encounter minimal disruption and a faster return on investment.

The factory assembled steel modules are delivered to your site by road, where they are craned onto pre-prepared foundations in just days. Saving you precious time and money.

The steel modules can also be added to form single or two-storey buildings, to accommodate your exact requirements.

1. Individual modules are lowered into position by crane.

2. As many modules as you need can be added to create the required floor area.

3. A single, open-plan building is created. Internal layouts can be designed to your specifications with partition walls, plumbing and fittings.

4. Additional storeys (up to two in total) can be added to create as much space as you need.
