Supplies Control Co-ordinator

Paton Plant Limited is a member of the highly successful Portakabin Group, the UK's leading provider of modular building systems.

We are looking to recruit a Supplies Control Co-ordinator based at our Hamilton site.  The key purpose of this role is to control the ordering and issuing of all stocks and materials for our Scottish Hire Centres, ensuring systems are accurately maintained and monitored.

Key duties for this role include ensuring that required materials are available on time for use in the refurbishment, maintenance and fitting out of units at all times and responsibility for regular stock checks to maintain accurate stock levels and records, and to provide associated management reports.

In addition to this you will be responsible for a number of general administrative duties.

You will be highly organised with excellent communication skills as this role would require you to deal with external suppliers as well as internal personnel.

You will have attained a good standard of education and have competent administrative skills.  Previous experience in a stores/warehouse enironment would be advantageous.
