As Development Engineer you will challenge the boundaries of offsite building design, incorporating cost, resource and energy management, sustainability, and new materials technology, and apply them to a factory produced product. Within a team of 14, you will be supported by a structured new product development process and access to a design toolbox incorporating AutoCAD,3D digital proto-typing and dynamic building simulation software.

You must be self motivated with a will to succeed and be able to communicate effectively at all levels from shop floor to senior management. Further you will be able to demonstrate strong interest in your own self development and be ambitious to further enhance your knowledge and abilities.
