Introduction
Paton Plant Limited is a member of the highly successful Portakabin Group, the UK's leading provider of modular building systems.
We are looking to recruit a Projects Co-ordinator based at our Hamilton site. The key purpose of this role is to co-ordinate hire projects and the hire fleet maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
The Offices in Hamilton provide a hub for a network of Hire Centres throughout Scotland who provide a one stop solution for the rental of our buildings from concept design to project completion. From a single module building used as an office, marketing suite or a training room, to a large multiple storey building for use in the education or healthcare sectors, we will plan, manage and construct the facility to meet permanent planning and building standards.
We are looking for a talented individual to work in our Hamilton offices, where as Hire Project Coordinator you will become an integral part of of the team who deliver these services to our customers.
Skills Required
We realise that everybody has different skills, so if you have experience in some of these disciplines, or would like to do some of following, you may be who we are looking for.
AutoCAD or other electronic drawing work
Project Coordination
Basic Construction expertise
Surveying work
Estimating skills
Cost Control
Working with and controlling sub-contractors
Don’t worry if you do not exactly fit this profile, as we would be happy to work with you to develop these skills.
Experience
You will have attained a good standard of education and have competent administrative/organisational skills. Previous experience in a role involving the skills detailed would be advantageous.
