The Requirements
The £750m development, Circle Square, will reshape Manchester’s cultural and business scene, providing office, retail, residential and hotel space on the former BBC site.
John Sisk & Son were appointed to deliver 677 apartments for the site which will include shared lounge areas, co-working spaces, supersized gyms and private entertaining spaces.

The Solution
Portakabin delivered its largest ever site accommodation solution for more than 700 site operatives on the busy Oxford Road site who are delivering this major project for Bruntwood and Select Properties.
